One of Michigan’s largest carnivals, Big Rock Amusements, will be spending the upcoming weekend in River Rouge at the River Rouge Carnival located along West Jefferson in Memorial Park. The carnival is presented by Mayor Michael D. Bowdler and the rest of the River Rouge elected officicals and volunteers. The carnival will feature fun rides and games as well as an assortment of food and drinks. Take advantage of the coupons below to save on the admission wristbands. All you have to do is print a copy of each coupon and bring it with you to the River Rouge Carnival.

In an effort to improve the health and thus the lives of the citizens of River Rouge, the City of River Rouge is offering free blood sugar and blood pressure testing for all River Rouge residents. Testing will be conducted at the River Rouge Fire Department. For those who are interested please visit the River Rouge Fire Department between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
